Decaffeinated

Caffeine in tea occurs naturally in the leaves and buds of the Camellia sinensis plant, the true tea plant. Therefore, any beverage made from this plant contains caffeine.It is important to know that beverages we sometimes call "tea" but which do not come from the Camellia sinensis plant are not actually true tea. These are correctly referred to as "infusions" or "herbal teas." Examples include chamomile tea, rooibos, or peppermint tea. These are naturally caffeine-free because they are not made from the tea plant.There is also decaffeinated tea, but this is true tea from which the caffeine has been removed through a special process. This is therefore different from herbal tea, which is naturally caffeine-free.

Servings

Each tea bag contains approximately 40g of tea, which can make at least 10 cups of tea per variety.
